This notice supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Mania Tech Ltd. (the "Company", "Mania Tech" or "We") and applies to the residents in the State of California only (“consumers” or “you”).

Mania tech adopts this notice in order to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and additional California privacy laws.

This notice governs the manner mania tech processes consumer information. This notice is an integral part of our Privacy Policy and t terms used in this notice but not defined herein or in the CCPA, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Privacy Policy.

USES

Mania tech uses or discloses Personal Information the Company for the following business purposes:

  1. to fulfill the reason for which the information is provided (for instants, if you contact us with a question, we will use your contact details to answer to your question;
  2. in order to improve our Installer and Software;
  3. for fraud detection and security purposes;
  4. to comply with applicable law, law enforcement requests and court order or governmental regulations;
  5. as detailed in our Privacy Policy and as explained to you when we collecting your Personal Information.

Please note, that Mania tech will not collect additional categories of your Personal Information or use the personal information for materially different or incompatible purposes without providing a notice.

CCPA provides California residents (Consumers) with specific rights regarding their Personal Information, please such rights at our Privacy Policy.

SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Mania Tech did not sell Personal Information in the preceding twelve months.
